Shipping prices and timings vary by brand – all relevant information can be found at the cart/checkout.

Items with Free shipping show a badge on the archive and product images saying “FREE Shipping” whilst others may have a small charge or Free Shipping over a certain amount.

We will send you an order confirmation email automatically after an order is placed.

As soon as your order is dispatched by the brand we will send an email confirming this. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

We offer free shipping for items in the UK over £50, over €75 in the EU, over $100 in the US, over AU$150 in Australia & over £200 for the rest of the world. Certain brands may be excluded from this promotion. All items that qualify for free shipping are labelled within each product and on product listing pages.

Certain items are not shipped out on the weekends so if purchased on Friday after 3PM certain items may not be shipped until Monday.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for customs charges if applicable , even if it says free shipping this does not include customs charges as we can not determine whether you will be charged or not.

Returning online orders is easy – send back your unwanted items by mail. To do so please click here to start the returns process. 

1 - Find Your Order Number

If you have a NETHRIAL account, sign in and go to your Order History. Select the order you want to return and view the order number. You can enter this number on the returns portal in the "Reference" field. Don't have a NETHRIAL account yet? Guest orders and orders received as gifts can be found by checking the confirmation email sent to you when the item was purchased which contains your order number.

 

2 - Start Your Return

Once you have successfully logged into the returns portal with your email address and order number, you will then see your details and at the bottom, your order(s). If you click "Return Items" you will then see the return process. 

Simply fill in your reason for returning, and click "Finalise Return", your return will then be sent to our customer service team to be approved which usually takes between 5 minutes and 7 hours.

Once the return has been approved,  you can then see the option to enter the tracking details and the address to ship to on the left. You need to post the item(s) back yourself and enter the tracking details into the system. 

As soon as the item is received, you will receive your refund and a refund confirmation email will be sent.

The eligible free returns brands that have free shipping labels are in the table below where you can print the shipping label without having to pay.

 

3 - If you wish to exchange an item please click here to contact our customer service team with the subject line "Exchange" and include your name and order number.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Return your item(s) in the original packaging , with the tags still attached, no stains, hairs or odour on the items, not worn or washed. 

Any items received after 14 days or appear in an unfit state to be re-sold will be returned back to you.
